About MOF Hokkaido Desserts

MOF takes its ice cream very seriously. In fact, they have brought it own Japanese Gelato Ice-Cream Specialist who will introduce a special technique of making Hokkaido ice-cream.

In Japan, Hokkaido is well known for its dairy products, particularly the farm-fresh quality of its milk. From this rich, creamy milk, internationally renowned Hokkaido Gelato Ice Cream is produced.
