Sick of typing out the same reply every time someone emails you with a same common question? Now you can compose and create a standard reply for once and save the message text with the New Gmail Lab “Canned responses” button. Later, you can open that same message and send it again and again.

This plugins can be very useful for managing your online business, remember don’t make yourself lazy and delay reply any email right at your inbox, it could be another opportunity for your online business.

How To Use Canned Responses in Gmail

Step One - Activate in Gmail Labs

Go to “settings” in your gmail (top right), go to “Labs” tab and enable “Canned Responses”, remember to Save your settings at the bottom of the page.

Step Two - Create Standard Responses Template

Select “Compose Mail” and you can find “canned responses” link below the subject bar, start create standard reply you desire.

Step Three - Create Filters and Auto Reply

Select “Create Filters” near the gmail search bar and create the manner of how you want “canned responses” to work for your standard / auto reply mails.

You’re Done ! Now you had save more time from replying and typing same email everyday :)

I received average nearly 100 emails a day and 20% need reply, this “canned responses” plugin would definitely help me to reduce my online “work load” , just check out my “archive gmail account” and found out i had received 38637 emails for the whole years plus 17657 spam, which mean a total of 56294 emails a year ! Wow, wondering how much storage of gmail was killed by spammers.
