First Malaysia two days BarCamp simply rock! First of all, thanks to every volunteer and sponsor of our country very first “unconference” Geeks & Tech Meet up. I’m happy that have chance to meet and learn new things from few problogger & geeks in person like Hongkiat, Liewcf, James Yeang, Kay, Daniel, Anthony, Perry Loh & etc.

You probably will be upset cause you miss the interesting BarCamp 2008 but no worries, there is volunteers plan to create more BarCamp at Johor Bahru, Melaka and Penang….. oh ya these place also have lotsa delicious food

I met Advertlets founder, Josh Lim back in BarCamp last weekend, he already assured that my pending payment will be mail to me asap……

MyBlogLog - a Yahoo services change it design and user layout! phew is it a season to change site design? social site like Facebook and Friendster.com also update their design recently ! I personally like the new design and user interface of mybloglog although it wasn’t using my favourite color - Red.

If you’re a blogger who don’t have MyBlogLog service, go apply one now for free and start social with blogger fellow and get to explore more good blogs!

I went for 2 days BarCamp Malaysia over the passed weekend, will blog more about it after done my video and photos collection.

Friendster.com had also launched a new homepage design right after Facebook launched a totally new design earlier.

The New Friendster.com design so far only changes on the frontpage (homepage) design, the registration also moved to frontpage which easier for new user to register. Not much changes can be seen on users profile or interface at this moment yet and expected more interesting users interface / features is on the way. The last update on Friendster.com design was at May 2006

I will attend BarCamp Malaysia 2008 at Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur! Don’t get me wrong, BarCamp is not a camp for Bartender….. yea although i’m into F&B industry!

What is BarCamp?

BarCamp Malaysia

BarCamp Malaysia is an ad-hoc unconference and is part of the larger BarCamp
movement. While there are topics suggested for discussion, there is no
set agenda until everyone gathers. Attendees are required to
participate to some degree: either by giving a presentation, demo, etc.
or by facilitating a group discussion. Topics are flexible, as well.

BarCamp Malaysia 2008 will be held on 26th and 27th July.

Both new and old design work fine for me! Worth to mentioned the new FB’s design is more like a platform, easier to navigate and yea, advertisement placement better compare to older version. Not much improvement can be expect from the new design! Your boss would be sad because you gonna spend more time social online…
