Jerry’s suggestion on How to Prevent Phishing Trap
1. Phishing scammer love to used human weakness like Money, offer Free Porn site to attract victims, example: "You had Won $$$ million of lucky draw, please enter your information to verify or redeem" or Free porn site which want you to enter personal information.
2. DO NOT EVER share your personal information like Credit Card Number or NRIC number thru IM, email or unsecured login page, If you’re not sure, call your service provider & seek for advice.
3. Phishing can be in any form, just like the case i share above, Phishing Scammer can create a page and set you up. What you can do is tried to check the Address Bar or cookies setting on your web browser whenever you’re going to key in any password or sensative information.
4. Change your Password regularly, there is no such thing as One Password for life usage.
5. Install Anti Phishing or Anti Virus software & not forget update regularly.
6. Pray Everyday, God is Kind !
