A Loan Shark
is a person or body that offers illegal unsecured loans at high interest rates to individuals, often backed by blackmail or threats of violence. They provide credit to those who are not willing or are unable to obtain it from more respectable sources, usually because interest rates commensurate with the perceived risk are illegal.
A Loan Turtle
is a new name given by Jerry, which descibe a Legal Body offers legal secured loan at goverment approved interest rates to individuals BUT provide "Slow, Complicated & unprofessional" financial service. Why i say so.....?

A lot of you might ask, "what is Mobile Number Portability (MNP)?"
In simple, Mobile Number Portability (MNP) is taking your Mobile Number from one mobile phone network to another. It enables you to retain existing mobile phone numbers when changing from one mobile network operator to another mobile network operator.
Example : Let say now you're using Malaysia Celcom Operator Number (6019 333 XXXX), when MNP apply you can switch your mobile network service to their competitor either Maxis or Digi without surrender your existing number (6019 333 XXXX) to Celcom.
